Waitlist privacy notice
Who runs the waitlist
The waitlist is run by Autogrowth, Inc., a C corporation organized in Delaware, USA, operating the Service under the brand name "Iza". Autogrowth, Inc. is the data controller for the information below. Contact: info@iza.ai.
What we keep
- Your email address, trimmed and in lower case.
- Your company type and the services you ticked, if you chose to give them.
- When you gave consent and which version of the consent sentence you agreed to.
- Whether your entry is waiting for confirmation, confirmed or unsubscribed, with the times of those steps.
- If the link that brought you had a code in it (like iza.ai/?ref=booth), that code, so we can see which channels bring sign-ups. It is deleted with the rest of the waitlist data.
- One-way hashes of the links we email you (to confirm and to unsubscribe). We never keep the links themselves.
- To stop abuse of the form, a keyed one-way hash of your IP address, kept for up to 24 hours. We never store your IP address or your browser's user agent.
The waitlist sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. Our hosting provider keeps aggregate traffic statistics.
Why we use it
- To check the email is yours (the confirmation link).
- To email you once when Iza opens, with the link to sign up.
- Your company type and services, if given, tell us which services waitlist members want first.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given with the checkbox on the form and confirmed through the link we email you. You can withdraw it at any time; that doesn't affect what we did before.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare: hosting, the database and network security.
- Resend: sending the confirmation and launch emails.
- Google: a copy of confirmed entries in a Google Sheet, so our team can see who joined.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under the safeguards in their data processing terms, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Entries never confirmed: deleted 30 days after you joined.
- Everything else: deleted on 27 January 2027. Signing up on iza.ai doesn't change this; the iza.ai Privacy Policy covers your account.
- IP hashes for abuse protection: up to 24 hours.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and take it with you. Write to info@iza.ai. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
How to withdraw
Use the unsubscribe link in any email from the waitlist, or write to info@iza.ai with the subject "Unsubscribe". We stop emailing you straight away.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too. We ask for new consent before using your email for anything new.
